Several major research areas of (positive) psychology will be highlighted in their application to coaching, for example emotions, strengths, psychological basic needs, motivation and dealing with stress and setbacks through self-compassion. Participants will get both the opportunity of first-hand experiencing interventions and (as time allows) watching demonstrations.
